Background

Adeola has a unique ability to multi-task on assignments whilst delivering on set targets. She has over six years of practice experience and is very efficient in corporate and commercial law practice. She is particularly proficient in research and documentation, regulatory compliance and due diligence, as well as information technology law and practice.

Adeola has drafted and reviewed agreements and also advised on several transactions dealing with employment issues, mobile payments services, company/shareholders relations, technical and management services amongst other agreements for local and foreign clients with business interests in Nigeria.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ikeja Branch, and a prospective member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). She has attended several trainings and conferences in her core practice areas.
